Using CHEAT SMP
CHEAT SMP is run by [Owner or company name]. By joining the server or using this website you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. You need a legitimate copy of Minecraft: Java Edition, and you must also follow the Minecraft End User License Agreement. CHEAT SMP is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
Age
CHEAT SMP is for players 13 and up. To buy anything you must be 18 or older, or have permission from the person who owns the card or account you pay with.
Server rules
- Use only the server’s built-in powers. Hacked clients and exploits are not allowed.
- Respect players, staff, chat and builds. Don’t grief, steal, harass or threaten anyone.
- PvP rewards need both players to opt in with /pvp on.
- Don’t farm alt accounts or keep targeting one player for rewards.
- No real-money trades, and no trying to buy competitive advantages.
- Never share your own or anyone else’s personal information.
Staff can warn, mute, remove items, or suspend or ban accounts that break the rules. If you think we got it wrong, type /appeal.
Plans and purchases
- What you get. Ranks, plans, packs, Gems, the Season Pass and tokens are cosmetic or convenience perks. They never include powers, Patches, Cheater Cash or anything that wins fights.
- Gems. Gems only buy cosmetics. They have no real-world value, can’t be cashed out or traded for money, and can’t be moved to other servers.
- Subscriptions (Plus, MAX, ULTRA) renew each month or year until cancelled. Cancel any time and you keep the perks until the end of the period you paid for.
- Gift cards and codes. A gift card is a single-use code for its value, used at checkout. Promo codes are single-use and expire on the date shown. Neither can be exchanged for cash.
- Refunds. Ask within 14 days of a purchase and we’ll refund it if the perks haven’t been used much. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancel anytime from the “Manage or cancel” link in the store (Stripe’s customer portal), and you keep your perks until the time you paid for runs out. One-time items never renew. Refunds and chargebacks remove the perks they paid for.
- Changes. We may change, add or retire perks. If a paid perk is removed during your paid period, we’ll replace it with something of similar value.
- Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment provider, and their terms also apply.
Refer a friend
Referral rewards are cosmetic. A reward is given when a brand-new player you invited plays for an hour. Using alt accounts, shared connections or trading codes to farm rewards isn’t allowed, and staff can remove rewards gained that way.
Your account and content
Builds and chat you make on the server may be seen by other players and shown in server videos or screenshots, without your personal details. Don’t upload or say anything you don’t have the right to share.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the server online and fair, but it’s provided “as is”. It may go down, be reset after a serious problem, or change over time. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for lost progress or indirect losses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Keep playing after an update and the new terms apply.
